So the first day of our "vacation" didn't really happy in Washington DC. The first day was our trip to Mount Vernon--George Washington's home. This was also really cool because recently we've been watching National Treasure: Book of Secrets and it has Mount Vernon in it. So that was fun.

Sigh...you went to Mount Vernon? We didn't...we saw the Washington Monument and the Smithsonian.
